Responsibility
Design website functionality that ties into Salesforce and Amazon platforms
Lead requirement gathering and client design sessions
Help business and technology stakeholders see end-to-end experiences for customers and internal end users
Generate sitemaps and wireframes to map out experiences
Distill user journeys and personas into easy to understand media
Create visual mockups for web pages, bot UIs, and agent console layouts
Requirements
User experience and user interaction work experience
Experience doing design consulting with external stakeholders
Ability to build and maintain a design system
Comfortable using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Lucidchart
Willing and able learner of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon)
Degree in design, user experience, human computer interaction, communication, or a related discipline
