Recruiting is a low 12% of first year base salary (vs. an industry standard 20%) when combined with our EOR (employer of record) services. That's it.
What, then, is EOR and why does this matter?
Employer of Record (EOR) services allow you to pay people compliantly worldwide. We own subsidiaries globally that act as the employer for people you want to hire and work remotely. We run payroll, deduct taxes and pay benefits so you don't have to. We do so compliantly and consistent with local labor laws, in the country of your choosing.
The cost for this service (be it for an employee OR a contractor) is a fixed fee added to your monthly invoice, and is generally in the $400 USD/month range.
