Overview
Experienced Contractor needed to support Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice projects.
Responsibility
Participate in key meetings with clients
Evaluate client’s business processes
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Develop user stories and process diagrams
Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce
Document and assign needed technical work
Help ensure Quality deliverables
Requirements
2-4+ years consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems
2+ years of demonstrated track record of hands-on configuration of Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to assess customers’ business goals and formulate product and services solutions
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Practical exposure to Agile methodology
Highly Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Voice Accreditation, AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Developer
