Requirements
4+ years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in large-scale enterprise environments.
3–4+ years of hands-on or functional experience with Salesforce CRM (enterprise-level).
3+ years working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, finance, healthcare, insurance, etc.).
5+ years embedded in business-facing teams (CX, Product, Marketing—not traditional IT).
4+ years working in agile environments (Scrum) with active Product Owner roles.
Familiarity with compliance constraints and enterprise-level governance.
Upper-intermediate to advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
