Responsible for Salesforce CRM design, implementation, and support. Develop CRM capabilities and provide end-user support.

Responsibility

Monitor daily operations of Salesforce.com and supporting applications

Develop CRM capabilities and technology infrastructure

Support integration efforts for merging CRM platforms with enterprise systems

Design, code, test, and document new or modified CRM systems

Analyze user requirements and design functional specifications

Lead enhancement efforts using best practices

Create documentation of data delivery standards

Design and deliver end-user training and training materials

Requirements

College diploma or university 4-year degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering

4 years of relevant business experience in sales, marketing, or customer experience

3+ years' experience in CRM administration

Thorough understanding of CRM technology and relational databases

Strong background in database platforms

Experience with Apex programming language and VisualForce development

Knowledge of Apttus administration

Experience with Tableau
