Responsibility
Designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions and integrations using Amazon Connect CCP
Building systems that are taking TransUnion to the next level
Leading technical projects that are customer-facing within Contact Center Technologies
Mentoring junior developers
Documenting systems, scripts, and applications
Collaborating with clients and internal teams
Translating customer business requirements into technical action
Working independently and with a group of engineers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science with 8+ years of experience
Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Node.js
Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
Experience leading technical projects within Contact Center Technologies
Experience in developing and implementing solutions using Amazon Connect
Experience with AWS CLI and AWS SDK
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication skills
