Responsibility

Salesforce Administration: Manage advanced administration functions, including complex user profiles, roles, and permission sets, while supporting ongoing user requests and troubleshooting

CPQ Implementation and Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ to support pricing, quoting, and revenue operations

Project Management: Lead Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, project planning, timeline management, resource coordination and documentation

Agile/Scrum Leadership: Serve as the Scrum Master for Salesforce projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables

Data Governance and Integrity: Establish and maintain data hygiene best practices. Oversee data audits, implement data cleansing processes, and integrate data enrichment tools as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with proven success in a large user environment

Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist Certifications required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus)

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting best practices

Demonstrated project management experience, ideally with Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting
