Lead the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Strategy, transformation driving efficiency and improved productivity in the B2B Commercial Organization globally.
Responsibility
Establish and manage the blueprint of process workflows
Drive business transformation projects
Partner with B2C Business Operations
Work closely with IT and Digital transformation team
Analyze and present Lead-to-Cash metrics
Develop roadmap for process streamlining strategy
Promote data literacy across the end-to-end process
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B Business Operations, Strategy and Data Insights
Understanding of the End-to-End consumer business, enterprise business, commercial models
Analytical and strategic leadership skills
Experience in end-to-end data lifecycle management
Strong acumen in project management and deployment
Consistent record of building partner relationships
Self-starter with high-degree of self-motivation
