Responsibility
Configure Verifiable’s SaaS solutions for clients
Collaborate with Implementation Managers and other internal stakeholders
Provide technical support to clients
Learn the Verifiable product and platform
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of technical issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
Requirements
3+ years of experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions for clients
Strong technical skills in SaaS technologies (Salesforce required)
Experience with cloud-based systems and integrations
Understanding of Salesforce sharing model and how to set up users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards in the Salesforce platform
Understanding of data migration leveraging the Apex Data Loader
Experience with Salesforce flow automation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
