Overview
Seeking a hands-on Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-based data solutions for clients in the financial services industry.
Responsibility
Assess legacy core banking systems and data sources for alignment with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), focusing on data structure, quality, and mapping readiness
Identify and map key data entities (e.g., accounts, transactions, households) to Salesforce FSC standard and custom objects
Architect modern data solutions across Data Lakes, Warehouses, and Mesh architectures using platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks
Design and implement scalable ingestion pipelines and transformation workflows leveraging batch, streaming, and API-based strategies
Lead technical implementation across data verticals, including ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Warehouses, and distributed data products
Requirements
5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC data architecture and financial services data models
Proficiency in data modeling, integration design, and working with large-scale enterprise systems
Experience with data platforms specifically Databricks, and tools like Talend, Informatica, SSIS
Strong background in database development (SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, etc.) and scripting (Python, TypeScript, etc)
Familiarity with real-time data frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Spark) and orchestration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory)
