Global human capital management company seeking Sr. Customer Success Manager to drive growth, advocacy, and adoption for major market segment customers in North America.

Responsibility

Partner with customers on development of joint customer success plans

Conduct regular customer meetings with designated accounts

Generate revenue from existing customer base

Work closely with customers at all levels of management

Anticipate customers future requirements

Maintain customer details in Salesforce and ChurnZero

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 5 years’ related experience

Foundational knowledge of customer success in SaaS, HR tech or Payroll industries

Deep contract management and negotiation skills

Understanding of customer service processes and expectations

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business internally and externally

Executive presence, confidence and credibility
