Overview

Senior level Technical Program Manager responsible for planning and executing critical business systems initiatives and processes.

Responsibility

Manage multiple concurrent projects, ranging from IT initiatives to business application rollouts.

Plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.

Manage assessment and prioritization of requirements and develop technology solutions.

Drive the process of third-party vendor evaluation and selection.

Understand the integration vectors of new system rollout and how it relates to the larger business eco-system.

Collaborate with teams across the business.

Develop train the trainer programs as part of rollout.

Conduct thorough business analysis to understand project requirements and objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or other applicable experience.

A minimum of 7-10 years of technical program management experience.

Experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change management.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Visio, Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Confluence.

Demonstrated success with oral and written communications and presentations.

Hyper-organized with a strong attention to detail.

Strong understanding of PM and SDLC lifecycle.
