Overview
Zennify is seeking a Technical Director to lead a team of Salesforce solution architects and drive technical excellence in presales and delivery, focusing on client needs and strategic solutions.
Responsibility
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce solution architects, in both the presales and delivery motions
Partner with other Delivery leaders to recruit, coach, and grow top-tier technical talent
Drive technical career development and ongoing learning through an internal solution architecture Center of Excellence
Lead the team responsible for solution integrity and delivery outcomes, including design, estimates, technical execution, and project methodology
Define and enforce solution architecture standards related to scalability, security, and availability
Conduct solution reviews, validate estimates, and provide architecture design sign-off
Provide strategic direction and establish standards to ensure high-quality, scalable, and client-aligned Salesforce solution proposals and level-of effort estimations
Requirements
8+ years of professional experience with product, architecture, career and client leadership with a focus on Salesforce products/clouds
5+ years experience working within a Salesforce development environment
4 or more cross cloud Salesforce certifications including one or more Architecture Certifications (e.g. Certified Integration Architecture Designer)
5+ years in an internal or external customer facing consultative role
Prior experience in a hands-on technical presales or solution engineering role
3+ years in a leadership position, managing a team of highly-skilled, technical professionals
Demonstrated success aligning technology strategy to business outcomes across complex Salesforce programs
The ability to work productively as a remote team member and willingness to travel as needed up to approximately 30% of the time
