Seeking a Strategic Farm Partner to manage grower relationships and drive sales strategies.

Responsibility

Serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor to the top grower customer segment

Developing relationships with both existing and new growers

Advising growers on their farm operations

Manage the sales process for top growers

Develop a commercial strategy for responsible geography

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agricultural Economics, Business, Agronomy, or Agricultural Science

7+ years of experience in Production Agriculture

Demonstrated history of selling, servicing, and negotiating with large acre corn and soybean growers

Demonstrated knowledge of grower Profit & Loss, and day-to-day farm operations

Demonstrated expertise in agronomy with deep knowledge of both seed products and digital tools
