Requirements
10+ years of experience in developing web and mobile interfaces on Force.com
Proven experience to establish Salesforce development best practices
Solid understanding of Salesforce underlying data structure
Embraces an agile development environment
Experience with secure development best practices
Salesforce Certifications Admin, Platform Developer I and II
Experience resolving integration issues with Salesforce API's
Technical Leadership to provide oversight and guidance to other developers
