Overview

Dynamic role as a Solution Architect in Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud, focusing on designing scalable solutions and providing technical guidance.

Responsibility

Act as the technical lead for designing and architecting solutions based on: Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Develop cross-platform integration concepts to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, analytics platforms).

Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof solution architectures in close collaboration with development teams.

Design data models, segmentation strategies, and activation logic within Salesforce Data Cloud to enable real-time, personalized customer engagement.

Conduct workshops with clients, present architectural decisions, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem effectively.

Mentor and support junior consultants in building their technical and platform knowledge.

Requirements

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, combined with practical experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP).

Deep knowledge of tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and API-based integrations.

Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, especially in areas like data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, consent management, and cross-channel activation.

Ideally certified as a Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Data Cloud Accredited Professional.

Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
