Overview

Seeking an experienced SFDC B2B Lead to design, develop, and lead Salesforce solutions for B2B clients.

Responsibility

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions tailored for B2B environments

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals

Customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow to develop functionalities specific to B2B processes

Implement data migration strategies, data quality initiatives, and robust reporting mechanisms

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce B2B solutions

Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs

Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)

Demonstrated experience in leading project teams

Strong communication skills for liaising with business stakeholders and technical teams
