Overview
Dynamic opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to work on innovative projects and solutions in a global, non-hierarchical work culture.
Responsibility
Propose and develop solutions within Service Cloud and platform to meet requirements.
Develop and maintain Lightning applications using up to date Salesforce technologies.
Building custom solutions using Salesforce.com configuration and customization to solve business challenges.
Self-starter, proactive and willing to work and contribute to a dynamic environment.
Work collaboratively across cross functional teams.
Requirements
Extensive exposure on Service cloud including features such as Omnichannel.
Experience working on entitlement process including customizations on the same.
Proficiency with LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL and MySQL.
Comfortable with IDEs such as VS Code, Sublime, Eclipse, as well as APEX Data loader and Force.com IDE.
Familiarity with Agile development methodology and continuous deployment tools such as GitHub.
Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, and/or Ajax.
