Seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with Salesforce expertise to join our team supporting a Major Retail company's Salesforce Center of Excellence.
Responsibility
Administer and configure Salesforce platforms
Plan and execute enhancements
Create and present Key Design Documents
Assist in planning and executing projects
Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting
Handle critical releases
Engage with business stakeholders
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
Extensive experience in Salesforce administration and implementation
Strong focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Platform, and CRM Analytics
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in project management
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs
Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools
