Responsibility
Extensive exposure on Service Cloud, including features such as Omnichannel.
Experience working on entitlement processes, including customizations.
Administration of Service Cloud features and configurations.
Self-starter, proactive, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience with modern IDEs (VS Code, Eclipse, Sublime) and tools like APEX Data Loader, Force.com IDE.
Familiarity with Agile development methodology and CI/CD tools (GitHub, AutoRABIT).
Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, Ajax.
Experience working with relational databases, data modeling, DB schema, and SQL.
