Overview
Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer role at AlphaSense, responsible for technical leadership in Revenue organization.
Responsibility
Represent the Revenue organization as a technical leader across all business units
Developing, troubleshooting, maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce org
Responsible for interpreting and scoping the business requirements
Work on projects alongside rest of Revenue Operations team
Produce thorough documentation and contribute to project planning teams
Monitor and troubleshoot systems to correct technical issues
Support team in analyzing and resolving critical problems
Evaluate, refine and identify areas of opportunity across our technology stack
Requirements
At least 10+ years of experience working with a Revenue organization
Minimum 10+ years experience as administrator and developer in Salesforce.com
7+ years of experience with technical implementations of Salesforce.com
Solid understanding of core technical competencies
5 years experience developing in a modern high-level language
Experience designing, implementing and evolving security models
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on succinct and germane briefs
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work closely and effectively with internal business teams
