Overview
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to lead migration and integration of Salesforce instances for business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibility
Salesforce Instance Migration: Plan, execute, and oversee the migration of multiple Salesforce instances
Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, products, and pricing
Data Management: Develop and enforce data governance standards, ensure data quality
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions
User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to Salesforce users
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes
Project Management: Lead or contribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables for migration and integration initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business/data management
Salesforce administration familiarity
Proven track record of successful data migration and integration projects
Advanced certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer) are highly desirable
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools
Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional stakeholders
