Overview
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance and maintain applications on Salesforce Lightning platform.
Responsibility
Perform customization and configuration of our Salesforce instance and for Service Cloud
Talk to end-users, product owners and operation leaders to understand requirements
Build lightning platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on industry standards
Support end-users in real-time with issues relating to Salesforce and supported applications
Lead all aspects of 3rd party application use and support
Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Salesforce best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or the equivalent related experience
5+ years of hands-on development in Salesforce development
Experience with Salesforce Omni Channel, Chat, Entitlements and Milestones
5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Excellent systems integration experience with REST, Web Services APIs
Experience automation process with Flows, Process Builder and Salesforce Sharing & Security model
