Seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and optimization of our Salesforce platform at Lisinski Law Firm.
Responsibility
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Architect and implement complex Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to Salesforce development teams.
Oversee integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party applications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and end-users.
