Overview
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to design tailored solutions for clients and implement them through configuration and custom development.
Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Facilitate workshops and provide strategic recommendations on Salesforce best practices
Configure and customize Salesforce including automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning components
Work closely with technical teams to oversee development, integrations, and deployments
Provide training, support, and ongoing enhancements to maximize user adoption
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and development
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise implementations
Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations
Salesforce certifications preferred
