Seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead and manage Salesforce projects, drive collaboration, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Responsibility
Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to successful delivery
Drive cross-functional collaboration between teams and stakeholders
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Salesforce best practices
Lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into solutions
Develop and execute user adoption and training plans
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions
Stay current with Salesforce innovations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
4+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting and/or program management
3+ years Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience
Passion for solving business problems with technology
Experience in process flow optimization and organizational change management
Strong organization and communication skills
Analytical curiosity and passion for intellectual challenges
