Seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead and manage projects, drive collaboration, and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce solutions.

Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are adhered to

Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, technical staff, and business stakeholders to ensure project success

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices, business needs, and opportunities for innovation

Develop and execute user adoption and training plans, ensuring clients are fully prepared to use their new Salesforce solutions

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with client business goals

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

4+ years (at a minimum) of relevant professional experience with a distinct record of achievement in consulting and/or program management

3+ years Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience

Passion for solving business problems by leveraging technology

Proven ability to manage medium or large-scale projects throughout the entire lifecycle and experience working with cross-functional teams

Comfort with driving executive-level conversations and the ability to lead through influence

Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
