Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs
Configure and optimize Salesforce applications
Implement and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
Develop and execute data migration plans
Provide training sessions to users and stakeholders
Offer ongoing support and maintenance
Requirements
8-12 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role
Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and its modules
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows
Salesforce certifications preferred
Understanding of integration tools, APIs, data migration strategies
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
