Overview
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for aligning business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibility
Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements and objectives.
Translate stakeholder requests into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions for the full range of quote to cash requirements.
Lead the evaluation and optimization of business processes to enhance system capabilities.
Configure Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) module to support complex pricing models and sales strategies.
Develop solutions that integrate pricing, product configurations, contractual terms, and e-signature.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar senior role in SaaS B2B.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, Salesforce CPQ, and Docusign configuration, customization, and implementation required.
