Seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to lead high-impact Salesforce initiatives, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibility
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Design scalable Salesforce solutions optimizing business processes
Lead cross-function projects and drive Salesforce enhancements
Develop and refine user stories, process flows, and system requirements
Analyze and improve existing Salesforce processes
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive adoption strategies
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role
Expert knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency with process mapping, user stories, and stakeholder management
Salesforce certifications (at least one of the following)
Proficiency in writing advanced spreadsheet functions
