Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions on the Salesforce platform

Participating in technical design sessions; create technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives and goals

Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce, including, but not limited to, managed and unmanaged packages, complex data model, integration, role hierarchy, sharing and security model

Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder and flows

Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and adherence to Salesforce design and development standards

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and propose enhancements or improvements to existing solutions
