Overview
High level Salesforce Administration role with focus on product vision, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibility
Own the vision and definition of the product
Serve as the voice of the Customer
Drive the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog
Accept delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s)
Socialize the delivery of business value and outcomes to stakeholders
Lead grooming of the product backlog
Ensure Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities
Ensure Scrum Master(s) and development team(s) are focused on the right priorities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of industry relevant experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
Experience in Salesforce administration
Knowledge of Atlassian suite of products
Experience in portfolio management
Ability to recommend and implement scalable solutions
Experience in Agile development
