Responsibility
User Management, Profiles and Roles maintenance respecting security best practices
Object and Fields updates to meet business goals
Configuration of Flows and other automation tools maintaining vision of the greater infrastructure
Communicate with the development team about new upcoming features ensuring they are aligned with the current business process
Requirements
Attention to detail, able to understand ultimate goal of a requirement
Able to communicate with Stakeholders in English
+3 year hands-on experience as Salesforce Admin
Experience in Lightning Platform and CPQ
Experience analyzing issues and providing root cause analysis to users
