Seeking a Strategic Initiatives Senior Marketing Manager to lead enterprise-level marketing strategies and drive visibility and alignment around priorities.
Responsibility
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies
Design and oversee execution of cross-channel marketing plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop materials
Define the strategy and lead content planning for major events
Lead coordination across GTM, Marketing, Product, Innovation, Software, Claims, OCEO
Provide coaching and guidance to regional and cross-functional teams
Serve as a leader for strategic marketing insights
Support stakeholder initiatives and engagement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing
Experience in insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industry
Strong B2B and D2C marketing experience
Professional business presence and acumen
Detail-oriented with outstanding written and oral communication skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Experience working with and supporting a sales team
