Senior Manager role responsible for optimizing GTM systems and processes in a tech company.
Responsibility
Lead optimization of GTM experience in Salesforce, Gong, etc.
Implement new processes and optimize existing technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and drive continuous improvement
Identify business problems and drive functional solutions
Support testing cycles and training materials
Provide expert guidance and training to users
Promote effective use of Salesforce and GTM capabilities
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years experience with Salesforce Sales cloud
Minimum 5+ years experience as an enterprise product manager
End-to-end experience implementing PRM
Deep understanding of Lead-To-Quote business process
Experience in agile development environment
Clear, concise technical writing skills
Strong negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
