Overview
Seeking a Senior Director with deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud products to lead enterprise customer engagements and drive results.
Responsibility
Serve as day-to-day Salesforce Core Cloud technical platform SME to client stakeholders and internal teams
Lead technical design sessions and perform gap analysis
Work closely with product owners to define business requirements
Partner with client and internal teams to define deliverables
Support business development opportunities by developing solutions
Maintain current Salesforce Architect certification(s)
Requirements
Hold a current Salesforce Architect certification
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Cloud systems as a Platform Architect
10+ years of experience in a CRM or software development role
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite
Exposure to other Salesforce Industry Cloud capabilities
Experience delivering performant and scalable enterprise-level solutions
