Overview
Challenging opportunity for a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to lead complex business needs analysis and drive Salesforce solutions implementation.
Responsibility
Lead the gathering and documenting of business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for significant improvement and optimization
Develop detailed functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Design and create process flow diagrams, data models, and other visual representations of business processes and system architecture
Lead the configuration and testing of Salesforce solutions
Develop comprehensive training materials and user documentation for complex systems and processes
Provide expert-level support to users and proactively address user issues
Requirements
6+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
In-depth experience with Salesforce declarative functionality and an understanding of when to use code
In-depth understanding of Sales Cloud features, opportunity management & Sales Processes
Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, ideally holding certifications
Experience with Pardot and Agentforce preferred
Project management experience or experience leading projects
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
