Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on end-to-end Salesforce projects
Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops for discovery
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Skilled in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows
Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and standard functionality
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
