Overview
Lead and manage Salesforce projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure project success.
Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical specialists
Provide technical guidance, support, and expertise in Salesforce platform architecture
Lead the design, implementation, and customization of CPQ solutions within Salesforce
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects within timelines and budgets
Direct customization, configuration, and development of Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with other departments to integrate Salesforce with other systems
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Salesforce applications
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Extensive experience (typically 7+ yrs) working with Salesforce platform
Strong leadership skills and prior experience managing technical teams
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies like Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce
Knowledge of integration methodologies and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, Middleware)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management
