Detail-oriented Salesforce Systems Analyst needed to support Service Cloud operations, working closely with stakeholders to drive initiatives.
Responsibility
Assist in requirement gathering and scoping
Support project coordination
Create and maintain structured documents
Help triage and prioritize Jira tickets
Maintain and support Salesforce configurations
Serve as a liaison between technical team and stakeholders
Conduct basic impact analysis and prepare release notes
Monitor and manage escalations and customer-reported issues
Requirements
Salesforce Certified Administrator
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Familiarity with voice solutions in Salesforce
Knowledge in AI integration
Experience with security and privacy requirements
