Join our team as a Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and deliver tailored solutions aligning with customer requirements and our product capabilities.
Responsibility
Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions for customers
Maintain deep knowledge of our Salesforce-based application
Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements
Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions are scalable and secure
Design and oversee custom feature development and integrations
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers
Ensure solutions follow best practices in design and customization
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in technology, development, computer science, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Senior Developer, focusing on Salesforce or cloud-based platforms
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce-based solutions
Experience gathering requirements and working directly with clients
Experience with API and ETL integrations
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams
