Responsibility
Solution Design and Implementation: Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor for customer conversations, driving enterprise architecture functions.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices.

Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with Salesforce.
At least 2 project implementations that fully exploit the capabilities of the Salesforce platforms.
At least 3 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency.
At least 3 years of recent Financial Services Industry experience.
Solid understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams in implementing solutions according to design/architecture.
Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
