Overview
This role involves enhancing Salesforce architecture and supporting the Global Sales & Services organization through strategic recommendations and technical solutions.
Responsibility
Work alongside the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements
Build strong working relationships with internal departments
Overhaul business processes and design new automations
Partner with Salesforce Admins and Engineers
Act as a liaison between the Global Sales & Services team and Product/Engineering org
Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience
Experience managing Salesforce feature requests
Advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards
Experience with Salesforce integrations
The capacity to grasp and learn new technical concepts quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
