Overview
Seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibility
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and business needs.
On-Call support for production bugs.
Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and business stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices.
Monitor Salesforce usage for compliance and performance.
Understand Salesforce Engineering best practices and help the team raise our technical bar
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related work experience.
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
Salesforce Developer (Platform I, II) Certifications.
Multiple Service Cloud implementation projects.
An understanding of the post-sales customer journey (B2B/B2C, RMA, etc.).
Omnichannel and Phone integration.
Proficient in Apex, LWC and Flows.
A command of Source control and Github Actions.
