Responsibility

Managing user roles, profiles, permissions, and access control
Providing end-user support, training, and documentation
Creating and maintaining workflows and automation processes
Designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions within Salesforce
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs
Managing data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems
Requirements
3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce ServiceCloud Developer
Strong understanding of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Flows
Experience with Salesforce data management, integrations, and reporting
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce ServiceCloud solutions
Attention to detail and ability to manage data integrity
Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines
Project management experience is a plus
