Lead the technical design and implementation of Service Cloud features
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Oversee and guide the development of custom Salesforce applications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce
4+ years specifically in delivering projects on the Salesforce Service platform as Service Cloud Architect
Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities
Experience with integration tools and methodologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms
