Empower businesses with innovative financial automation solutions at a fast-paced Fintech Company.
Responsibility
Conduct research into BILL’s use of Salesforce to provide recommendations, solutions, and a roadmap for long-term improvements
Provide Sales Cloud technical expertise on implementations and production issues
Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality
Support cross-systems and related integrations involving Salesforce and other integrated systems (ex. Mulesoft)
Apply SFDC best practices and guidelines to enhance system productivity, scaling, and monitoring
Requirements
At least 6 years experience in a leading role in delivering projects on the Salesforce platform
Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Web Services, and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData)
In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce.com platform capabilities, functionalities, and limitations
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player
Proven track record analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting large scale Salesforce implementations and integrations
