Looking for a Salesforce QA Lead with strong experience in Salesforce QA and test automation tools, offering growth opportunities into a leadership role.
Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications.
Conduct hands-on functional, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
Create detailed, effective test strategies and methodologies.
Ensure testing processes align with the project requirements and timelines.
Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and updates to leverage in QA processes.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in QA/testing, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant Salesforce and QA certifications are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
