Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce QA Engineer / Admin to maintain, enhance, and ensure the quality of our Salesforce platform.
Responsibility
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to define test strategies
Execute manual and/or automated tests to ensure functionality and performance
Identify, document, and track defects using project management tools
Perform configuration tasks such as user management and security settings
Assist in the setup and maintenance of Salesforce sandboxes
Regularly review and refine QA processes to increase efficiency
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA and/or Administration
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
Proficiency in creating test plans, test scripts, and regression test scenarios
Experience managing user roles, profiles, sharing settings, and other admin tasks
Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, data loader tools, and sandbox management
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or other relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
Fluent English for daily communication with global teams
