Seeking a Salesforce expert to impact a growing environment, engage with internal customers, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibility
Combine Salesforce product expertise with business acumen and technical skill
Partner with multi-functional teams to streamline and optimize processes
Lead and manage the configuration and deployment of CRM and other modules
Perform Salesforce administrator functions including maintenance/updates
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met
Write design documentation and training materials supporting business needs
Requirements
BA/BS/Masters in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field
Minimum 5+ years of direct experience working with Salesforce administration
2+ years of experience with Flows
2+ years of experience with Github for deployment
Knowledge of ETL integrations with connected databases
Experience with Quote to Cash and Channel and Alliances processes in a SaaS & recurring revenue company
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Consultant or any other relevant certification
